Located in sector -63. This is the authorised service center of Yamaha. Previously it had a showroom which is now shifted.Only one person is available on the front desk which makes the jobcard.It seems like Yamaha is low on budget. This service center looks like a normal garage with manageable mechanics.This service center has a customer lounge, drinking water & sanitation.Speaking about the service it’s pretty expensive as compared to other manufacturers.Service is average not the super high.Surprisingly, the service person forget to put chain lube which is I think is negligence of work even though there was very little bikes to take care of.And most interesting part of the service is they do not have computer generated bills. When I asked about this issue the customer service representative seems circumventing about this condition.From my perspective if you want to get simple paid service you can get it done by local mechanic rather then spending extra money on this service. 👍

They extra charge left my coolant pipe once due to which my bike engine almost broken down. Terrible service center 😕

The worst service center I have seen ever.1. Service person are totally unprofessional2. A very small thing is Air machine, yahan aapko kabhi air hi available nhi hogi3. Once you visit to the service center it’s their duty to open the job card but no you have to ask on your own.

Overall ok experience, but there are some serious issues that need to be addressed. I did not get a computer generated receipt, only hand written so I don’t know if I have been correctly charged or not. They charged me for a part even though it was not on their stock, then took one month to acquire it. In that time I could have my bike fixed elsewhere.

Yamaha Bike Service Center, Noida Near Electronic City MetroI recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Yamaha Bike Service Center in Noida. The level of service provided was well below acceptable standards.**Unprofessional and Untrained Staff:**The staff at this service center were highly unprofessional and appeared to be completely untrained. Their lack of knowledge and expertise was evident in their inability to address even basic issues with my bike. This is not the level of service one expects from a reputed brand like Yamaha.**Local Service Quality:**The service provided felt like it was from a local, unauthorized shop rather than an official Yamaha service center. The attention to detail and care that one would expect was completely missing. It was clear that the service was not up to Yamaha’s standards.**Overall Experience:**The overall experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I left the center feeling uncertain about the quality and safety of my bike after the service. I would not recommend this service center to anyone and strongly advise looking for alternative options if you need reliable and professional service for your Yamaha bike.Yamaha needs to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that their service centers provide the level of quality and professionalism that customers expect.
